CLEAN, MODERN RAILINGS AT THE MERCER, DENVER

Located adjacent to Union Station in downtown Denver, The Mercer at 19th & Chestnut continued our work with Shaw Construction. Designed by Shear Adkins Rockmore and built by Shaw Construction for Greystar, The Mercer is a 13 Story, 198 unit Apartment with our Chesterfield balcony railings and our Sunset (working name) Amenity railing. Note the clean look of our design without a top rail. We completed our work in early 2023.
