Camden North Quarter / The Sevens

CAMDEN NORTH QUARTER IS THE TYPE OF “LIVE-WORK-PLAY” ENVIRONMENT THAT DEMANDS SAFE, YET GORGEOUS ARCHITECTURAL FEATURES.

In 2014, the Orlando-based property’s general contracting company, Brasfield and Gorrie, reached out to Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula railing team with plans that included a variety of decorative architectural features and aluminum fabrications on the building’s exterior and interior.  To other fabricators, the varying product styles may have felt daunting, but for Kane, the experience was just one of many opportunities to tap into their creative capabilities.

Several unique additions were requested for the building.  In addition to standard, two-line Chesterfield glass railing, Kane fabricated louvers that spanned 20 feet long by eight feet high for use on <a href=”https://www.camdenliving.com/orlando-fl-apartments/camden-north-quarter”>Camden North Quarter'</a>s on-site loading dock, plus custom, decorative union jack metal panels for the garage area, to match the Sterling Dula juliet railings of the same style.   Interior stair railing and exterior gates were also included, that topped out at over nine feet.
