National Harbor
TO SAY THAT NATIONAL HARBOR IS A “MIXED-USE” DEVELOPMENT WOULD BE AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
Described as the “ultimate embodiment of the waterfront lifestyle” by the Peterson Companies Management Firm, National Harbor truly is a metropolitan mecca of entertainment, living, dining and boating.
In the late-2000s, Sterling Dula was asked to create a custom cable rail design for the outdoor common area surrounding the popular statue, “The Awakening”, by J. Seward Johnson, Jr and nearby seafood and steak restaurant, McCormick and Schmicks. Over 4,000 lineal feet of railing was used on the project which included custom, aluminum railing with stainless cable infill, stainless steel pipe handrail and our glass Chesterfield railing.
National Harbor occupies 350 acres of riverfront property with easy access to key destinations within the DC-Metro.
