COVID-19 Status Update: Resumption of Kane Innovations’ Manufacturing Operations
To: Our Valued Customers, Specifiers, Vendors and Sales Partners
As you may be aware, on March 19th, 2020, the Governor of Pennsylvania ordered many operations statewide to close due to the COVID-19 emergency. Kane’s manufacturing operations were closed, although non-manufacturing operations including engineering were not affected by the order as we had previously transferred to a remote work environment.
Yesterday, on March 26th, 2020, Governor Tom Wolf and Secretary of Health, Rachel L. Levine of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania authorized Kane Innovations to resume manufacturing operations. We are currently in the process of resuming limited manufacturing operations in accordance with that authorization. Our mission is to ensure employee, customer and vendor safety while performing our role in the manufacture and supply of goods and services necessary to sustain life.
Please bear with us as we attempt to convey the most accurate information during these unprecedented events. For customers with existing orders, we provide weekly updates that are job specific. If you are not receiving these, just let us know. All quoting, engineering, submittals and manufacturing requests more than sixty days out are not affected at this time.
I am grateful to Governor Wolf and Secretary of Health Levine and thank you for your understanding and patience. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Very truly yours,
KANE INNOVATIONS, INC.
