Structural Glass Railing from Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula Brand will be Featured on The River Oaks Residences
ERIE, Pennsylvania – November 4, 2016 – Real estate investment firm, Arel Capital, is bringing luxury living to a whole new level with help from Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula brand products. The River Oaks, a Houston, Texas condominium built in 1967, will soon be restored to its former glory along with some added modifications, such as larger floor plans and corner balconies surrounded by beautiful, Sterling Dula structural glass railings.
Kane Innovations’ enduring relationship with general contracting company, GT Leach, was a key factor in the contractor’s choice to collaborate with the architectural products manufacturer and installer. Kane’s previous successes with GT Leach include – but are not limited to – Astoria Condos, also located in Houston (2013) and Los Villas in South Padre Island (2011). The railings on The River Oaks property will include 3/4″ tempered laminated glass captured by a powder coated aluminum structural glass base shoe and a stainless steel top rail finished with a longitudinal, number four polish.
Nearly five decades ago, the high rise was revered for its unique architectural styling and use of curtainwall. However, over the years, the building’s systems and structure began to show signs of age, prompting owners to consider demolishing the building and erecting two, side-by-side towers in its place. Instead, the decision was made to renovate, enlarging the apartments from 225 smaller spaces to 79 units sized between 1,500 and 9,000 square feet.
Apart from the exquisite views, other amenities include a fitness room, yoga and spa rooms, two pools and much more. Units are priced starting at $875,000.
The River Oaks is slated for completion at the end of the season.
