Kane continues to be a proud partner in building the Austin skyline as we completing 415 Colorado this past summer. 415 Colorado, designed by Ziegler Cooper Architects and built by Harvey Cleary General Contractors, is a mixed use building with 110,000 sf. of office, a fitness center and 328 residential units. Our team provided offset glass balcony railings that integrate flawlessly with the building structure and provide beautiful views of Austin’s stunning skyline. Also note our glass dividers designed to provide privacy and withstand the wind forces engineers demand on a 48 story highrise.

We continue to grow. This summer our backlog grew on projects throughout the United States and are cautiously optimistic as we enter Fall – also known as rate cutting season.
