440 Penn or The MO – is a 300 unit apartment building anchoring the North Side of Washington DC’s Union Market. Designed by Eric Colbert & Associates, we worked with John Moriarty and Associate’s to deliver this project in 2022. Offset Chesterfield Glass and Horizontal picket railing create elegant views for the residents. The striated wood-grain custom divider system is virtually maintenance free, matches the building facade and recreates the organic warmth of wood meeting the design intent.
