PICKET RAILINGS FOR AVALON HUNT VALLEY

Kane Innovations, Inc. worked with Avalon Bay General Contractors to build this five story 160 Unit Residential unit complex in Cokeysville, MD. Completed in Spring, 2025, each apartment has a balcony with our Classic Two line (Top and Bottom rail only) Picket Railing. The Amenity areas we worked on include the pool fence and dog park. Its important to include Kane early in the design process to ensure our gates and pool enclosures meet all applicable codes including emergency egress, handicapped access and local health codes (for pool height). All of our railing systems are reviewed and stamped by a third party structural engineer who reviews, among other things , high wind effects on all of our components.
