Midtown Union Atlanta

KANE HAS EARNED AN UNMATCHED REPUTATION FOR HELPING GENERAL CONTRACTORS STAY ON TRACK WITH TIMELY INSTALLATION FROM PROFESSIONAL CREWS.

The Kane Innovations team once again exceeded customer expectations for delivery and installation on the Midtown Union Atlanta project in Georgia  – also known as MetLlife Midtown Union – by showcasing their incredible knack for careful planning and expert project management.

When Kane was selected as the railing manufacturer of choice by Brasfield and Gorrie for Midtown Union in 2020, engineers immediately set the wheels in motion, creating details to manufacture and install 4,200 lft of Sterling Dula brand Contemporary welded picket railing and 325 lft of Sterling Dula 2-line Chesterfield-style aluminum and glass railing.  Following shop drawing approval, each section was fabricated and finished with an AAMA 2604 powder coat.  The systems were then carefully packed and stored until the general contractor was ready for the material to be delivered to the jobsite.

When the time came, crews mobilized, and began meticulously installing the architectural railings around mast climbers and other trades on site.  Kane Innovations’ efficient process and willingness to coordinate with other subcontractors, resulted in an incredibly seamless overall experience for the customer, allowing the project to be completed ahead of schedule.

Midtown Union Atlanta is a 26-story, 612,000 square foot modern office tower with 355 residential units.  The property is slated for its grand opening in the fall of 2022.
