Pearl Rosemont in Houston, designed by Ziegler Cooper, built by The Morgan Group, is a 298 unit, 13 story luxury residential building.

We provided our three line, Contemporary Railing for the residential units and our Chesterfield in-line glass for the amenity areas including the beautiful pool area overlooking the Houston skyline.

Pool areas require consumate skill for our team of local installers and project managers. Local health codes, ADA provisions, egress consideration and wind loads all play a factor in our gate and railing designs.

All of our railing systems are custom designed, engineered and fabricated in Erie, PA where we employ over 135 workers.  In this case, our turn-key solution offered Mogan Group comparatively low cost and guaranteed top quality installation.
