KANE SHOWCASES SEAMLESS BALCONY SYSTEMS ON ATLANTA’S 22-STORY STELLA RESIDENCE

Kane completed its second building at Atlanta’s Star Metals district in April, 2025. “The Stella” at 660 11th Street is a 22-story, 327 unit luxury residence developed by The Allen Morris Company, designed by Dwell Design Studio and Oppenheim Architecture and built by Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors. The radiused balcony railings show our virtually seemless workmanship and in the background, you can see our first project, The Offices, in the Star Metals District . – Prior Post:Last week I walked Stella at Star Metals– a 327 residence high rise that is our second building in the $500 million Star Metals District in Atlanta, Georgia.

Check out the radiused railings and clean integration with the copper-colored metal cladding. Our engineering, fabrication and high-rise installation teams are just top shelf.

Stella is designed by Oppenheimer, developed by Allen Morris and built by Brasfield & Gorrie. The residences offer unparalleled views of Atlanta as well as our Phase I Star Metals Office building we completed in 2021.

We continue to grow. We had a record 1st Quarter in Bookings, Revenue and Profits and are cautiously optimistic about construction in a turbulent 2025.
