Houston Property, Hotel ZaZa Memorial City, will Showcase Sterling’s Classic Picket Railing on all 179 Balconies
ERIE, Pennsylvania – April 6, 2016 – Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula Railings brand recently secured a contract with Anslow Bryant Construction, General Contractor for Hotel ZaZa Memorial City. Located in Houston, Texas, Hotel ZaZa Memorial City will feature 4,498 lft of Sterling Dula’s standard, 2-line, Classic picket railing which will be installed across all 179 balconies. Sterling Dula’s railings were specified by Kirksey Architecture, the architect of record on the project.
The property is located at the center of Memorial City, a 265-acre, mixed-use “city-within-a-city”, and is owned and operated by MetroNational. Hotel ZaZa Memorial City will be managed by Z Resorts, LLC.
The 17-story, 159-room Hotel ZaZa will include 10,000 square feet of event and meeting spaces, a spa, an outdoor pool with a bar and cabanas, plus a fine dining restaurant and lounge. Hotel ZaZa Memorial City will be the third completed ZaZa property in Texas, with two others to follow in Wade Park Frisco and Downtown Austin, respectively.
The Sterling Dula sales team worked closely with Anslow Bryant to provide a cost effective alternative to the original railing design. The result will be unveiled when the property nears completion in the summer of 2017.
