Over 6,700 Lineal Feet of Sterling Dula Brand Product Ordered for the Square on Fifth.
ERIE, Pennsylvania – November 7, 2014 – Several thousand lineal feet of Kane Innovations’ Sterling Dula brand product will soon be installed on the Square on Fifth (SQ5), a new, 23-story student living community, located in the heart of Atlanta’s technology hub.
Sterling Dula’s Classic aluminum picket and Chesterfield glass railing systems were named as the basis of design by the project’s architect of record, Preston Partnership. The north, west and east sides of the building will feature picket-style balconies and terraces, while the south side will feature balcony and terrace railing in all glass. In addition, the Sterling Dula team provided a code-compliant alternative to a previously considered windscreen system from a glass supplier. The result was a sturdy – yet elegant – Sterling Dula wind-blocking solution for SQ5’s roof amenity deck.
